Her industry leadership includes key roles at IntouchCX, Concentrix, Sitel Group, TeleTech, and HCL BPO. She is a Blockchain Council Certified Metaverse Expert and Certified NFT Expert, and holds a Cryptocurrency Certification from the University of California, Berkeley.
