Senior Manager, Global Advocacy

As Senior Manager of Global Advocacy at Global G.L.O.W. and organization Representative to the UN, Lyndsey coordinates girls’ participation in international summits and United Nations forums and processes to ensure girls are heard at policy and decision-making levels. Working with community-based organizations, Lyndsey convenes the Girl Advocacy Committee at Global G.L.O.W. and also has the privilege of collaborating with intergenerational allies and coalitions in advancing girls’ rights. In addition, she leads the development of Global G.L.O.W.’s policy positions informed directly by girls’ recommendations to support collective advocacy efforts and advises on strategic communications for advocacy.

In partnership with girls, Lyndsey has co-developed youth-led local advocacy programming and previously oversaw Global G.L.O.W.’s GirlSolve initiative for the co-creation of the Girl Boss program with Launch Girls, which seeks to guide girls in determining and pursuing their own futures through entrepreneurship skill-building.

Lyndsey’s work is motivated by an unwavering commitment to social justice and social change that is achieved only through solidarity. She holds an M.A. and B.A. in Sociology, with minors in Political Science and Italian Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Children’s Rights. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in Italian, and has basic knowledge of French.

In her free time, Lyndsey can be found exploring coasts, hiking hillsides, wandering around art museums, watching films, or reading poetry and musing at a local coffee shop.
