Our programs are designed to equip girls with the skills and resources they need to thrive. When girls are strong, healthy, and educated, they change their communities and transform societies.

Ruth recognized that women and girls in her Peru community were being adversely affected by the lack of access to clean water and launched a plan to work with local officials to bring water pipes to her neighborhood.

Improving girls’ ability to be successful in and out of the classroom
Dynamic group mentorship is at the foundation of our programming.
Jun was just 14 when she left her small village in Thailand and traveled to the city alone to continue her schooling. Not only did she excel in her studies, but she also imagined a safe space for girls called Rainbow House, and worked with mentors to make it a reality.

We are local and global
We operate in 23 countries, including the United States.
In communities like Windsor Valley, Maryland, many women struggle to put food on the table for their families. Global G.L.O.W. participants from Springboard to Opportunity wanted to help, and planted a community garden to address food insecurity and bring people together.
