The GirlSolve initiative was launched in 2019 to address a very specific need—removing the roadblocks so many girls face in trying to access the formal economic opportunities they need to create positive, self-sufficient futures.
With GirlSolve, we offer girls the chance to learn transferrable professional skills that will benefit them in whatever goals they choose to pursue, so that they’ll feel prepared and emboldened to embark on their own path.
Every girl can be a #girlboss.
Our Girl Boss program is a key component of GirlSolve. Created in partnership with Launch gURLS, Girl Boss introduces girls to the basic principles of entrepreneurship, and teaches the need-to-know life and work skills of the 21st century, such as:

Here’s how it works.
The Girl Boss program consists of 10 levels in which girls develop business ideas, learn how to market and advocate for their businesses, create their own business plans, identify and build their networks, and learn how to present their businesses!
Participants in the program range in age from 14 to 20, and have the choice to complete the course individually or to join small groups—these small group environments ensure each girl receives individualized attention and encouragement from a designated Girl Boss Advisor, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from her peers.
The future looks bright for Girl Boss—and future girl bosses everywhere.
In an effort to make this critically important program available to as many girls in as many locations as possible, it will be available online as well as in print for all of our Global G.L.O.W. partners.
No matter where they are in the world, or what barriers to economic opportunity they currently face, girls across the globe will have access to this empowering material that will help them hone their entrepreneurial mindset, improve their digital know-how, and instill in them the confidence they need to go out into the world as the forward-thinking, problem-solving leaders we know they can be.
