Kylie van Luyn
Kylie van Luyn is the Founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. She is an international speaker, best-selling author, award-winning human rights consultant and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist. Kylie is an experienced coach and Non-Profit Executive, with over 15 years of international experience supporting and coaching women and girls from diverse backgrounds on their journey to meaningful and sustainable employment. She is passionate about improving the workplace experiences for women and creating inclusive and supportive environments for women to thrive in their careers.
Kylie is a Harvard Business School graduate, an accredited Psychotherapist, an emotional intelligence coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and a Founding Member of the International Strategic Psychotherapists Association. She has a Master’s qualifications in Human Resources and Leadership and her first book was published in 2023 on Emotional Intelligence Driving Leadership Success.
Kylie was a 2019 Australian State Businesswomen’s Awards Finalist in the For Purpose & Social Enterprise category for her work supporting the inclusion and economic empowerment of women from refugee backgrounds across Australia. In 2023 Kylie was named one of the Top 10 Influential Female Entrepreneurs and a Women of Influence Global Awards Finalist. In 2023, Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global was an Australian State finalist in the Outstanding Start-Up category.
In 2024, Kylie was named USA CEO Today Awards Human Rights Consultant of The Year and was featured as the cover story in CIO Women Magazine’s “The Most Influential Women Leaders To Watch In 2024” edition.
