Michele Coleman

As the Senior Evaluation Advisor, Michele loves to use data to help inform program and policy decisions in her role at Global Glow. Michele holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Community and Nonprofit Leadership, a Master’s of Public Health, and a Master’s of Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and she brings 10 years of research and evaluation experience, specializing in qualitative and mixed methods approaches. Prior to joining Global Glow, she worked at government agencies, non-profits, and private firms all with the aim of advancing social justice and eliminating inequities. Personally, Michele is passionate about sustainably eliminating global women’s health inequities at a systems level and advancing gender equality. She is pursuing her Doctorate of Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine where she is focusing her research on the relationship between health system corruption and gender. Michele has been a digital nomad since 2018 and her favorite part of traveling is meeting inspiring women breaking down gender barriers all around the world. She also loves dark chocolate, techno music, and her dog Bucky.
