Courtney Stricklin Burgan

Courtney is the Senior Associate Dean and Director of Admission at Occidental College, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Art and Art History. Courtney earned her Master’s in Fine Art at Otis College of Art and Design where she also began her 19-year career in higher education, holding positions in both career services and admission at various Southern California Colleges. Courtney’s roles have focused on strategic planning, program design, and volunteer engagement. When not on-campus she can be found enjoying and performing music around Los Angeles.
