Courtney Stricklin Burgan

Courtney is the Vice President of Engagement & Communications for Global Girls Glow. She joined the team at GLOW in the Summer of 2025 after a 19 year career in higher education. Most recently Courtney served as the Senior Associate Dean and Director of Admission at Occidental College but she has held positions in both career services and admission at various Southern California Colleges. Courtney’s roles have focused on admission application review, strategic planning, program design, career development, and volunteer engagement.
