Lindsay Ruiz

Originally from Venezuela, I bring over two decades as a transformational leader creating change experiences for audiences across six continents in advertising, healthcare, tech, consumer goods and manufacturing. I have spearheaded global enterprise transformations in a wide variety of public and private sector environments with great success by influencing multi-stakeholder tier networks, leading and directing cross-functional teams through the execution of complex change, and removing obstacles that facilitate the mobilization of large groups of people towards a desired future state.

As an Organizational Development (OD) consultant, I have dedicated my time and expertise to fostering positive change and social impact across diverse communities. From serving at Pharm-Olam International, Inc. in Belgrade, Serbia, to collaborating with the United States Postal Services in Washington, DC, and the Ministry of Public Administration in Port of Spain, Trinidad, I’ve engaged in transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving employee engagement.

My engagements have included work with Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco, Blackberry Ltd, Revlon and Hanes Brands, among others.

While achieving my Doctor of Education in Organization Development & Change from the University of St. Thomas, I published groundbreaking research into institutional-level dysfunctions in the workplace that perpetuate fragile employee psychological safety, showcasing my advanced research and analytical skills. I have been a featured speaker at events such as Dreamforce and on dozens of podcasts.
