Raina Gandhi
Raina Gandhi is the Founder and CEO of Rising Tide Consulting, a company formed to empower women to flourish and lead balanced, happier and more purposeful lives. With over two decades of experience in the banking, consulting, nonprofit, and higher education industries, she traded in a promising career in the financial services industry to take an 11-year hiatus from the workforce to raise her daughters, and restarted her career in leadership roles within higher education, where she personally experienced internal and external barriers that impacted her career trajectory and advancement. To address these challenges, she set up her own entrepreneurial venture with the ultimate mission to empower women to stay in the workforce, take on leadership roles, and increase the female voice when making business decisions that directly impact our communities. She strongly believes leadership teams and boards will benefit immensely not only because women have multiple seats at the table, but also because they are bringing their true authentic selves and perspectives to the conversations.
She is committed to meeting her clients where they are along their unique and personal career journey, whether that is providing authentic guidance around gaining career clarity, navigating an effective job search, negotiating strong offers, managing transitions, leading teams, overcoming imposter syndrome and negative self-talk, or returning to work after a career break.
Raina earned her BA from Barnard College at Columbia University and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to being an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP TM ), she leverages her CliftonStrengths and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitation skills to adapt her practice to the unique culture and expectations of each organization to help leaders at all levels who face diverse and common challenges with the goal of overcoming barriers and manifesting a fulfilling career.
