Rashmi is an empathic and accomplished technology leader, who has managed P&L exceeding $1.2B and has been responsible for up to $500M in new business development at technology companies such as Apple, Qualcomm, Samsung and Philips Healthcare;

With an impressive track record in managing venture funds, overseeing successful exits and participating in notable acquisitions, she has scaled three companies and built and managed teams of up to 350+ people globally.

She serves on the C-suite as Managing Director at rcubed | ventures, on the Board of World Affairs Council (WAC) on the Finance committee, on the Advisory Board at University of Washington, and is well-recognized for her board governance expertise.

As the Founder of the HLWF™ Alliance, a non-profit collective, Rashmi is operationalizing her passion for impact through meaningful partnerships with researchers, data scientists, and professionals to address critical health and wellness issues.

Rashmi was inducted into the Top 100 Healthtech Women leaders (2024) and the Women in Tech Hall of Fame (2018) and has over 40+ granted patents.
