Sirisha “Siri” Swahari is a Vice President at CGI, where she helps lead Infrastructure and Operations sector of US Global
Technology Operations through a people-centered, outcomes-driven lens. Her work sits at the intersection of enterprise
transformation, mission-critical infrastructure, responsible AI, automation, operational excellence, and leadership at scale. She is
known for turning complexity into clarity, connecting strategy to execution, and helping organizations modernize in ways that
strengthen trust, resilience, performance, and the people doing the work.

Siri also serves as Executive Sponsor of CGI’s GTO AI Innovation team, helping advance responsible AI and automation practices
that move from innovation interest to operational impact with governance, guardrails, human accountability, and business value. Her
leadership experience spans high-stakes operating environments, multi-year portfolios, global teams, client delivery, modernization,
service reliability, and continuous improvement.

Beyond CGI, Siri is the founder of Women Executives Circle (WEC), a national peer-powered community for senior women leaders
built on access, advocacy, shared wisdom, and collective momentum. She serves as a board director at ECHO and a board advisor
to NC TECH, and mentors emerging leaders through university, CGI, STEM, and community programs.
