Sonya Shields is the President of Shields Consulting 333, where she provides strategic guidance and executive coaching to nonprofit leaders and boards. A recognized voice on nonprofit fundraising, communications strategies, and organizational culture, Sonya has helped hundreds of organizations grow by raising millions of dollars, expanding visibility, and strengthening leadership. With more than 25 years of executive and consulting experience, she has been a featured speaker for Columbia Business School, Nonprofit Quarterly, Better Business Bureau, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Women in Development, Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality and many other institutions – sharing insights that help nonprofits align mission with sustainability and growth.  Sonya is a Howard University graduate and serves on the board of the American LGBTQ+ Museum. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
