Lara Horgan

Lara is the Founder of Bloom & Glow, a floral studio built on the belief that beauty and purpose can grow side by side. Her work is guided by a simple mission: every arrangement, workshop, and floral experience helps support young girls facing challenges. 100% of Bloom & Glow proceeds go directly toward creating opportunities for girls to pursue a life of their own design.

As a Global Girls Glow Board Member, Lara helps guide the organization’s direction and strengthen its programs so that more girls can have access to mentorship. She has supported hundreds of girls’ involvement in GLOW and continues to champion their growth and leadership.

Lara has met GLOW Girls in Nepal, Vietnam, and New York City, and these experiences continue to inspire her commitment to creating spaces where girls can learn, lead, and thrive.
