Kylie Schuyler

Kylie Schuyler is the Founder and Executive Chair of Global G.L.O.W., an organization that serves girls in 30 countries to help them find their voices, confidence, and power. She also serves as Board Chair of Every Woman, a global movement working to end violence against women and girls. At the center of all of Kylie’s work is a simple, lifelong belief: when girls and women are supported to rise, entire communities rise with them.

Her path has been shaped by equal parts professional training and personal calling. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on Positive Psychology, and has spent her life exploring what helps people—and especially women—and girls flourish.

Kylie divides her time between California and New York City with her husband, seven children, and grandchild. She loves traveling to experience new cultures, studying spirituality and metaphysics, practicing yoga and meditation, and gathering her family and friends for conversation and connection.
