Jenny Fairchild Brown

Jenny has always been an advocate for the underserved and well deserved. While serving as Field HR Generalist, Jenny found her way in to the non-profit world and realized quickly that it was an underserved space in human resources. This allowed her to give creatively with her expertise in compliance and global labor laws.

Since, Jenny has supported various ventures, including the expansion of an International 3PL company, retail stores, and restaurants. Jenny’s approach to HR is 100% hands on and believes that teaching workers their rights and their responsibilities is equally, if not more important, than the responsibility of mitigating risk for business owners.

Excited to bring her various experiences in Global HR, Jenny looks forward to supporting tomorrow’s goals for Global G.L.O.W.
