United States | Director of U.S. Programs
As the Director of U.S. Programs, Danielle leads the design, implementation, and scaling of programming in the United States, ensuring girls have access to relevant leadership opportunities that build agency, power, and voice.
Danielle has always had a passion for serving our highest need youth, starting her career as a classroom teacher before becoming a certified school counselor. With a drive to make a broader impact, she moved into developing and managing SEL, behavioral, and mental health support programs for national start-ups and nonprofits.
Danielle is most inspired by the girls she taught while abroad in the Dominican Republic and in Kuwait who took ownership of their learning, pursued their ambitions, and defined their own futures despite deeply embedded traditional expectations.
