New Partnerships Project Manager
Laura Probst is a seasoned nonprofit capacity and impact consultant, having raised over $81 million for clients over the last two decades. She has led successful new partnership engagements for nonprofits like UNICEF, the David Ortiz Children’s Fund, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, Playworks and Kesem, while also creating impactful purpose programs for brands like Jessica Alba’s Honest Company, Warner Bros, Paramount, Dermalogica, the Container Store and Blackstone. She recently won an Emmy for Outstanding Public Service Initiative, honored for her leadership of a collaboration between UNICEF, Dreamworks and YouTube.
She got her start in South Africa, training aspiring entrepreneurs in product development and marketing through microfinance network Zizanani. Laura then established mentorship and professional development programs for Step Up Women’s Network, creating membership models and partnerships that grew the organization’s revenue by 300%. She has gone on to focus her career on developing win-win partnerships and innovative social impact initiatives, and is excited to be working with Global G.L.O.W. to build out new programs across the organization.
Laura is a frequent speaker on purpose-driven marketing, sustainability, and strategic partnerships. She holds a JD from UCLA School of Law, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
