Human Resources Associate
As a HR associate, Shayne works behind the scenes to assist in administrative needs that help keep the Operations department functioning. Shayne received her bachelor’s degree at California State University, Long Beach in psychology. With an early interest in mental health and wellbeing, she has spent time volunteering with the YWCA as an advocate and with other various organizations focused on community outreach efforts. Eventually, she found her niche in the organizational side of psychology and is currently pursuing her masters in industrial organizational psychology. She hopes to cultivate workplaces that are inclusive, fulfilling, and promote positive outcomes for all.
The woman Shayne looks up to the most is her mom. Her mom’s kindness, strength, and love serves as the blueprint for the woman she aspires to be. Outside of work, Shayne enjoys running, reading, music, and considers herself a breakfast enthusiast.
