In her role as VP of Engagement and Communications, Courtney is responsible for leading a passionate team of fundraising and storytelling professionals working to build a movement around one vital truth: When girls lead, change happens. Courtney joined GLOW after nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, with a background in admissions and career services and a strong emphasis on strategic planning and program design.
A brave woman Courtney admires is Tina Fey. She is a constant reminder of the value of “yes, and” and a fierce advocate for collaboration. She also very wisely urges her friends not to make important decisions when they are tired and hungry.
Courtney’s undergraduate and graduate degrees are both in visual art. When not working, Courtney can be found enjoying and performing music around Los Angeles.
