Kajal is a Data Analyst and Research professional with over 8 years of working experience. She has worked on several projects in the social, public health and education sectors for clients in South Africa and Eswatini. Most recently, she has been working with Eswatini’s Ministry of Health as a Data Officer for the COVID-19 Vaccination Roll-Out Programme. Kajal brings valuable experience in conducting desktop research, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, developing dashboards, and writing reports. Her experiences in research and data analysis have been used to guide decision-making and planning.
She has a research-based Master’s qualification and is passionate about the development sector. In her free time, Kajal enjoys reading, listening to music, and taking walks in nature.
